Why I Do This Work
My name is Jennifer, coach and founder of Lead to Change.
I’ve been where you are. I spent 30+ years in government leadership as a woman of colour — with the experience, the results, and the respect. But I still felt overlooked, undervalued, and unsure how to step into bigger opportunities.
I know what it’s like to struggle for visibility, influence, and recognition — and how exhausting it can feel when your potential isn’t fully seen.
