My decision to retire early from government service in 2024 and start my career coaching practice wasn’t just a career shift. It was about something much deeper: prioritizing what truly matters to me and taking control of my future.

My advice to every woman of colour who’s ever been made to feel she needs to shrink to fit in—or settle for less just to be "realistic": Your potential is non-negotiable. Your voice matters. Your dreams are valid. 💫
